Sabbath.

I've got too much on my mind nowadays, And work has taken much of a toll on me.

So really thank God that I'm able to take today off, do some shopping, and finally caught some winks to recuperate from my late of sleep due to my early days and late nights.

And sometimes I just feel that my weekends are like my weekdays.

Interesting.

Sometimes stress comes not in a sudden fashion, but rather it bites at your heel bit by bit, till finally you realise that the buildup of stress is overbearing. Suddenly you find yourself out of breath unknowingly, the heart rate grows till it becomes almost unbearable, and it seems that another pump would rip it right out from your chest cavity.

Gosh, never felt so tired before.

Now I understand why we ought to observe the Sabbath.

Came across this upcoming photographic exhibition entitled "Israel - Birth of a Nation" featuring the works of David Rubinger and Paul Goldman - famous for the iconic picture of the Three IDF Paratroopers before the Wailing Wall.

It's gonna be held at the Arts House on the 20 - 31st July.

It's free anyway, and since it's about history and Israel, why not?

I'll be there man.

1 Chronicles 7:40

"All these were descendants of Asher—heads of families, choice men, brave warriors and outstanding leaders. The number of men ready for battle, as listed in their genealogy, was 26,000." - 1 Chronicles 7:40

Heads of families - Responsible fathers and loving husbands
Choice men - Men of integrity and character
Brave Warriors - Men strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might
Outstanding leaders - Men who honour God's call in their lives and set an example for all to follow

Imagine a generation of men who fear the LORD, who passionately take their rightful place as God's men of the hour.

Our King leading His men; dedicated warriors loyal to the point of death.

It would be a fearsome sight, a glorious sight.

This is my prayer for Kingsmen.
